The Workhorse Municipal Payroll System allows the user to automate all the steps in the payroll process, from entering time cards through distributing fringe benefits across wage categories. The system is flexible enough to allow for both hourly and salary time cards, with an unlimited number of overtime rates and shift differentials. Users can set up any number of flexible time off categories (i.e. vacation, sick, personal, comp time, etc.) and keep track of employee balances and hours used. Thorough monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting capabilities simplify federal and state reporting. The system also includes complete W-2 reporting, including electronic reporting. And for users who are doing direct deposit, a full ACH system is part of the package.
