The Workhorse Utility Billing LITE System is designed to provide billing and receipting capabilities for non-metered utility charges such as sewer, garbage collection, recycling, fire protection, and/or storm water. The system prints all billing documents, including the bill and "past due" notices. Complete ACH capabilities allow for electronic payment of bills. Easily answer customers’ questions about their account i.e.: payment history, previous bill, account balance, among other related information using this system. Utility LITE system also includes robust reporting functions and allows for referring delinquent account to the Tax Roll Process. The system is fully integrated with the Workhorse Municipal Accounting System.
